I am involved in a complex niche market in the Design / IT area.

On 21st December 2004, I ended a long business partnership which had become untenable for me. It was a difficult decision at entry level. That night I went to a pre-Christmas social at a good friend's place and the first thing I said to him was, “Barry, I need the phone number of your new accountant”.

Barry grinned, “I can do one better than that!”. He led me across the room and introduced me to Angelo D’Ambrosio of ADA Group. Serendipity indeed. Despite the occasion, Angelo and I spent over an hour discussing my next steps and we parted with an appointment at the ADA Offices for the 23rd of December.

We met on that day, made some decisions, then Angelo and Trent Hardcastle went into action.

That was one week after our initial appointment and was over the Christmas / New Year break.

I have been associated with a number of accountants over the years and was delighted in ADA Group's effort on my behalf. I would never have thought it possible. They are genuinely customer focused and very proactive. I was booked in for an end of financial year tax-planning session by mid March!

They are unlike any other accounting group I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them.
